Ok, Magna Centipede’s stage is ANNOYING. Not as annoying as the X-Hunter stages though. That’s the last of the Mavericks. It only gets harder from this point onwards.

well, never saw the max level of the mini boss, quite interesting attack
I’ll have to keep that in mind next time I play. I’m used to religiously charging my buster so I can take out whatever comes on screen next however that seems alot more efficient, thanks for the advice.
Whilst dashing, your basic shot does more damage. Don’t ask why this works, it just does. It’s one of the quirks of the first two X games.
At first it bugged me that you didn’t use charged buster shots however it seems like it doesn’t really matter against most of the enemies. Maybe I should try that next time I play.
Shoryuken, that move destroys any difficulty you could say the boss rush has.
Magna Centipede’s sucking attack can remove the following abilities during the fight:
> You can’t dash.
> You can’t charge your weapons.
> It’s not so easy to climb walls.
> And you can’t jump so high.
That attack really sucks! I recommend destroying his tail using Silk Shot.
He gest the Dragon Punch, or Shirukin(sp?). In X1 he get Hadoken.

Why are there 2 flamey-type bosses in X2?

I wish I had this as home security. I mean…Gray Ghost (or whatever you called it) and lights (thought that hide-beam is cheap, stupid robbers exploit it) and moving golem blocks and whatnot. Yeah, I want any one who would oppose me to suffer as X would! With the annoying boses and alarms. MUHA! MWAHA! MUHAHAHAHAHA!
