I ordered a spool of 500 feet of video cable and was presented with a ship date. I have waited for over three weeks and it has still not shipped yet and I have sent three e-mails to Empire Secure and have had no response. What a way to treat a customer. If the item was out of stock then say so or at least answer my e-mail as I am caught in the middle with not being able to cancel or modify my order. What a sorry way to do business.I need the cable but with not being able to cancel this order what do I do?
