He’s worried about cost. Should we let cost deter us from getting one? If it were free would most people want one? I realize that cost is somewhat of a factor, but we’d DIY and not have it hooked up to a monthly monitoring system. So there’d be no monthly fee just the initial cost of buying the stuff.

I called ADT and they charge $630 for the installation alone! Protection One, on the other hand, only charges about $150. What’s the difference? Is the security system worth the money? I would like to view what the cameras see, later. I think I would need at least three cameras, one on the car in the street, one on the front porch area, and one on the back yard area. Or maybe two in the front.

I woke up last night to someone running out of my bedroom but have no idea how they got in or out of my house. Unless I can prove this is happening people are going to start doubting my credibility. I need a good surveillance camera to put in my home preferably one that works in the dark and doesn’t have any visible lights so that the intruder doesn’t realize he’s being filmed. Does anyone have any suggestions?
